Page delivery

Your browser sends an IP address, request time, requested URL, and technical connection details when loading a page. The operator and technical hosting or security providers process these details to deliver the site and investigate disruptions. The static files do not determine server logging, retention, or processing locations. Those depend on the hosting configuration; contact us for details. No fixed retention period or country of storage is asserted here.

Email messages

If you email us, your sender address, message, and information you choose to include are used to answer your inquiry. Email delivery and mailbox services process this correspondence. Messages are needed while an inquiry or follow-up remains open; legal obligations or specific legal claims may require longer retention. Opening the email link does not send a message.

Language preferences

At the neutral home address, a saved manual choice takes priority. Otherwise, the browser’s preferred language is read locally. German and English regional variants are matched to their main language; unsupported or unavailable settings fall back to English. Direct language URLs retain their language. This process does not query your IP address or use an external language service.

Cookies and local storage

This edition currently sets no HTTP cookies and loads no analytics or advertising pixels. A manual language choice saves tc-language in browser local storage until you delete it through the site-data controls. English pages have no cookie consent popup or cookie settings panel. If you previously visited the German edition, a tc-consent entry may exist on this domain for up to 180 days. Images and scripts are local files, and text uses system fonts. External sources receive a visit only when you follow their links. The site has no accounts, newsletter forms, embedded videos, payments, or file uploads.
